Cancellation Policy

At Jump St. Johns, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers’ needs. We have developed a flexible cancellation policy to provide you with options in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your rental.

  1. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event: If you need to cancel your reservation 14 days or more before your event, we offer a full refund of your deposit. This allows us to open up the rental availability for other customers.

  2. Cancellations made 13 days or less prior to the event: If you need to cancel your reservation within 13 days of your event, we are unable to provide a refund. However, we offer two alternatives:

    a. Reschedule: You may reschedule your rental for another date without any additional fees or penalties.

    b. Deposit Credit: We can provide a deposit credit for a future booking, valid for one year from the original event date. This credit can be applied to any rental with Jump St. Johns within that time frame.

To cancel or reschedule your rental, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we will work with you to find the best solution for your situation.

Please note: We strongly encourage our customers to reschedule rather than cancel their reservations. We do not charge rescheduling fees, and we do not offer refunds for cancelled rentals. The credit or raincheck options listed above are only applicable if the cancellation is made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
