Unlike competitors who enforce 4-6 hour windows, our standard rental includes overnight use at no extra cost for residential deliveries. We typically deliver the morning of your event (or even the night before for some bookings) and pick up the following morning.
Just 30% of your rental total is due at booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on delivery day. We accept all major credit cards through our secure online booking system.
We understand Florida weather is unpredictable. Light rain is generally fine, but if severe weather or storms force a cancellation, we’ll reschedule your rental at no additional charge. Check our full cancellation policy for details.
Nope! We handle all setup and teardown. Just make sure the area is accessible for pickup and we take care of the rest. We thoroughly sanitize every unit between rentals.
Absolutely. All our inflatables are commercial-grade, properly anchored, and we’re fully licensed and insured. We recommend adult supervision at all times and provide safety guidelines with every rental. For toddlers, check out our Soft Play options too!
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends during spring and summer. Popular units book up fast! That said, we do accommodate same-week bookings when availability allows.
You’ll need a flat area (grass or concrete), access to a standard outdoor electrical outlet within 100 feet, and enough clearance for the unit dimensions. We bring everything else including stakes, blower, and extension cord.
